(2 weeks)
I will get out my pom poms and be your biggest Cheerleader on the road to your Sleep Success. We will work in close collaboration for two weeks, while you implement your plan. Once you receive the plan, I will schedule a call to go over your plan and answer any questions you may have. From there, I will be available for checkins via text or email during our two weeks together. You will be supplied with an interactive sleep log to track progress.

It can be overwhelming and a real struggle to wade through the myriad of conflicting information on sleep out there, from books, the internet, podcasts, to family or friends believing they know best.
Hiring a sleep consultant supports you with tailored, practical guidance and support, saving you the time and energy of having to scour the internet, libraries or social media to find the answers. I personally believe there is no 'one size fits all' approach and look at your unique situation holistically, taking in to account all the moving parts.
- Catnapping
- Difficulty settling
- Sleep associations that have become unsustainable
- Early morning wakings
- Frequently waking over night
- Unsettled newborns
- Toddler nap time battles
These are just some of the common issues I work with clients to solve.
No, you do not have to use 'cry it out', in fact, I would never recommend this as a strategy. During our initial intake we will discuss your parenting style, as well as the age of child, to come up with a plan that works best for you.
The bottom line is that you, as a parent, are comfortable with your new sleep plan in order for it to work for your child and your family.
The process doesn’t always happen without any tears shed, however. Crying is one of your child’s ways of communicating, in this circumstance, of protesting change, and you can expect that making changes to their sleep habits can result in some level of protest.
Whilst feeding can certainly play a role in Sleep, if you're facing challenges with feeding, I recommend seeing a lactation consultant prior to addressing sleep to ensure bub is receiving the correct amount of nutrition needed for their age and stage.
